In order to meet our commitments to our builder partners, we are always recruiting and hiring the best plumbers in the markets we serve. In 2018 we also started our Brewer Craftsman Academy, so that we could produce the “next generation” of plumbers to continue our long family tradition.
We pay you to learn in our unique, fast-track training program, that has you earning well over $50,000/year upon graduation. Every Cadet/Apprentice that joins the program is assured of fulltime employment during their training, and then joins our team in a production pay environment, where you control how much you earn every year.
